FirstPlay is a direct-to-fan streaming experience featuring music, videos, and exclusive content released ahead of traditional streaming services. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Artists may submit music and video content for consideration on FirstPlay Radio and the Platform. By submitting, you confirm that you own or hold the rights to the content and that it is a clean, radio-edit version suitable for broadcast. FirstPlay reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any submission at its discretion.
All content broadcast on FirstPlay Radio must meet radio-clean standards. Explicit, unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be accepted. FirstPlay may remove content that violates these standards at any time.
All content on the Platform — including music, videos, artwork, and branding — is owned by the respective artists or FirstPlay and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit content without permission from the rights holder.
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. FirstPlay may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not own or have rights to; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (d) submit non-clean or explicit content for radio consideration.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstPlay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
